Bank St Annex

I had my wedding reception at The Bank Street Annex. I originally booked the space because I like that you get the entire building during the event. You are the only wedding at the space. The cost is more than reasonable. You get a lot for your money.
Kerry was extremely helpful and accommodating. I live in WI but grew up in the Lehigh Valley, so I wasn’t around for the tasting. She was able to set up a tasting when I was in town. When my in-​laws were in town she opened up the venue so they could see it. She and the staff took care of all the set up at the venue with our escort cards and the gift table. On the day of the event, everything came together beautifully. Our guests loved the space and learning that it had been an actual bank at one point. They raved about the food and the service. They told us how nice all the servers were. Kerry made sure that the event was on schedule so that the food came out hot. I can not say more good things about The Bank Street Annex, their staff and Kerry. I would definitely recommend for your next event!

We attended a wedding here on Saturday. The wedding was beautiful!
The Bank Street though was just ok. Appearance wise, it was very pretty and extremely clean.
The room for the cocktail hour was set up very awkwardly. You came up the stairs and funneled into a little hallway with a door. Once through the door, you waited on line for some dip and crackers. The bar was just to the left, but made it difficult to move around the room because the door to the bar was right near the line for food. People were constantly in each others ways.
The passed food was tasty. I tried a few of the dips and they were tasty as well, but there wasn’t an abundance of food.
The bar staff was friendly as well as the wait staff.
The reception room was beautiful! It was very pretty and the layout was nice.
The dinner wasn’t anything special. My salad was good, but the main course, which was either chicken or beef was not very good. The chicken was a huge breast layed over mashed potatos. It was overly seasoned or dressed with some type of pesto dressing. I had two bites and did not eat anymore.
The beef was a little better. I tasted my bf’s so I knew what it tasted like.
The atmosphere was nice, but the quality of food and drink was less than desirable.
This did not have any impact on the time spent with family and friends. We still enjoyed the day.

Nothing like a wedding to see a venue at its best!
