The food is always okay here. Nothing to write home about. But, and this is a big but, it’s a place that you can go with a variety of people and there is something for everyone. It wont break the bank. We often eat at the bar and have found the bar staff exceptionally excellent at this location. This place is our go-to spot when we don’t feel like driving far, want to watch the Sox while eating dinner and don’t want an expensive fussy meal.

The waitress gave me a used fork. That’s just a part of it. She forgot half of my meal and didn’t seem to care at all. I really enjoy the 99 but this was a not so great experience.

Bah. 99 must be the time it takes to get your food. They truly can’t get their act together. Worst service anywhere. How they get away with that is anyone’s guess. Who cares if the food is great if you have to wait an hour to get it? Servers are too busy on their cells out in back to bother. Management offers empty apologies. Just go elsewhere.

was there yesterday for lunch with my family, my son ordered the Country Chicken mean and he loved it my husband, daughter and I ordered burgers and first we noticed it looked dry then I was brave to take a bite and it tasted as if the grill hadn’t been clean in a while the meat had burned residue on the edges that was hard as a rock, neighter my husband nor daughter touched their meals. when I mentioned to the server and she walked away and came back and offered us free appetizer the next time we are in the restaurant. I then paid the 89.00 and left. Unfortunately that will be my last visit and I will not be returning to take the advantage of the free appetizer that she offered. feel free to contact me if needed. Thank you Jenine

We tried to go there on Sunday night about 6. It was very crowded, but there appeared to be booths open in the bar area. We were told we could only sit at the bar and not at the booths as they were not part of the bar. You tell me if that makes sense to you because it did not to me. Any way, I went to the ladies room and my friends went to put their names on the waiting list. As I walked through there the restaurant there were a lot of empty tables and one whole section was completely empty. I am thinking that the restaurant was short staffed. All I could think of was if I was a server I would be working by butt off to get those tables filled. Not this particular restaurant they just left lots of open tables. We ended up going to another place for dinner so not sure how the food is. Not sure if I would even want to go there at this point.

Went here for dinner yesterday and was so disappointed. We were a party of three yet were sat a huge booth set up to awkwardly face the bar. Our waitress was rude but at least somewhat attentive. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and could not even finish them. It was a completely different recipe from the delicious mushrooms we had ordered before they switched their menu. We all got salads for dinner. The chicken was both lukewarm and very tough/rubbery. The salads had the bare minimum for toppings. The Cobb salad had no egg and about 10 corn kernels. The Tropical salad had nothing tropical but 5 mandarin orange slices… We were never asked how our meal was or approached by a manager. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Sat for about 15 minutes without even being asked what we would like to drink. A waitress finally asked us if anyone had approached us yet and apologized. The manager, Paul(if I remember correctly) came over shortly after and apologized which I really appreciated. Shows that at least someone values their customers. He was really nice! Thank goodness he saved the day from a bad experience.

Great lunch. Visiting Stone hill. Great value. First time in a 99. Staff fell all over us. Lobster roll was good but needed a little less greens. Appetizers and burgers great. Manager told us college meal plan was accepted. Unlikely Junior is attending but really nice meal. Bravo to waitstaff and manager. We will go back to 99.

My husband and I ate here about a month ago for lunch and I had a piece of plastic in my mash potatoes. My husband call the waitress over who went and got the manager as I had a napkin in my mouth controlling the blood. The manager had me fill out an accident report and said he would comp my meals, I am glad he did that at least that was our first bites. Guest relations office called about a week later to see how I was doing and said they would put something in the mail which I never received, they really take care of there customers. I will never return to a 99.

Went to visit my kid in college and suggested we go here, with my wife and 3 other kids, servers were nice, food was nasty, one of us got chicken and gravy and it was gross, i got the steak tips which were odd but so so, my little ones did not even finish there food, dissapointed i should have returned all the food but did not want to make a scene, it was last weekend and we all still feel sick still.

Hmm! Ate here twice. First time was great, 2nd time was not so good. Waited a long time for the food to arrive at our table. I didn’t really mind because I expected it to be much more busy since it was Saturday night unlike the first time I went on a Saturday afternoon. However, after waiting so long on Saturday night the food finally arrived. I couldn’t believe that my broccoli & cheese was cold. There was absolutely no attempt to melt the cheese. I complained to the waitress and she asked me did I want another. I really did, but I never eat anything that the kitchen sends out after complaining.(TIP) lol

The 99 has always been one of my favorite restaurants. However, today(11÷3÷12) for lunch I was very disappointed. I had a turkey dinner as did two others at the table and it was awful. The meat was hard and the gravy was watery. One person ordered seafood choowder and although it had the taste of seafood, couldn’t find any pieces in it. I hope the next visit will be much better. Every other time I would rate it 5 stars.

When someone gave me a gift card for a 99 Restaurant I cringed. Never had a good experience there and I’ve been to several. But we saw that the one in Easton was rated highly, took a chance, and couldn’t agree more. The food is good to very good; service very good; and the place was clean –including the bathrooms.

Six of us went to the Ninety Nine last weekend. Sat down right away and service was great. Food came in a timely manner and everyone was satisfied with their meal. No matter what location I seem to go to the Ninety Nine never displeases.

Obviously great consistent 99 food, can’t go wrong with almost anything on the menu, but these guys get 5 stars for they’re warm helpful staff. My wife’s father has parkinson’s and we use a wheel chair for him when we go here. They always see us coming and open the door, and also have a wheelchair friendly table that always seems to be ready for us when we get there. They just seem to understand, and make it easy for us.
