Ed was very thorough and walked us through every part of the inspection. His notes were very detailed and the report he produced had many pictures as well as a great summary at the end prioritizing issues in order of urgency, which was very helpful. He showed up early and obviously likes what he does. I’d certainly recommend him.

We picked Ed for his reputation and because of a friend’s recommendation.
He is nice, thorough, and detailed! His home inspection report outlined the repairs, upgrades, and maintenance items, which greatly helped us figure out what needed to be done and when. We used his report to inform the seller of problems and negotiate from there.
I would recommend Wagner Inspection to anyone!

Outstanding! Ed took me through the house I was planning on purchasing today, and boy did he open my eyes! He was extremely thorough, answered all questions we had, and further explained things we didn’t understand. It was a big 1800’s house that we were going through, and not once did I feel he was rushing through any part of it. The inspection was almost 4 hours long and well worth the money. We are back to the drawing board in terms of buying the house. For 500 bucks, Ed saved me THOUSANDS in the long run. He certainly is a GAMECHANGER!!! Now I know what things to look for when I am buying a house as well. Even though I may not buy the house now, I feel this was definitely money well spent.
