It’s really sad to have to drop my review, but Riffs has fallen. The new menu removes many of my favorites. Maybe this will change in the future, but the number of items I can safely and happily order has gone down by nearly half. Empanadas, Cheesetique, Cheese fries, all gone. The menu has been stripped down to the least inspiring options. And sadly, the quality of said items that I can order has been lacking. The last order the fries were so greasy that there was a pool of oil in the paper at the bottom of the container. A year ago, this was my go to place in town. I would eat here or order from here at least once a week. I would happily take friends and family here. Now I look at the site and feel like I’m looking at an ex. Someone who I used to have such good times with, but now we never talk or see each other. Sorry, Riffs. It’s time we started seeing other people.

Hands down the best gluten-free hamburger buns around. It encased a delicious, juicy hamburger(the McLovin). Yum! Really good drinks at the Hideaway too. The cider sangria was delicious.

Food is pretty good. Had lunch with my friend the other day, I had the chicken pesto sandwich and she had the Santa fe salad. The blonde girl that rung us up seemed to have an attitude problem, so I guess that would be my only complaint. I work in customer service and could catch an attitude just as much as you. Something people need to remember.

Riff’s is divided into two rooms — a sit-down/take-out section that includes an open kitchen and a closed-off bar. We sat in the bar room, which offers a full bar. The service was fine. The draft offerings were pretty good and featured some local breweries. The food selection is good and interesting enough, but I think it’s stingy how they upcharge for any side but tortilla chips + salsa. The prices are decent and portion sizes okay.

My wife and I have been to the joint twice and were impressed and excited both times. This place is nestled in an old industrial building that was amazing inside and out. The food is simply awesome. We have tried the burgers, appetizers, and homemade soups and all of them were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch or early dinner. Simply great.

So, so, so good. I have family who lives in Easthampton, I visit there quite a bit. I’ve now had Riff’s a number of times(both dine-in and delivery), and have had good meals. First, the menu has a good number of options, so if you’re not a burger person you have some options. Everything I’ve tried has been prepared well, especially the burgers(Hangover Helper and Rodeo Clown are excellent) and the goat cheese and avocado quesadilla. The staff is very friendly, both in the restaurant and for delivery. This is a definite recommend if you’re looking for lunch in Easthampton.

Riff’s is quite possibly my favorite restaurant of all time. We eat here at least three times a month. Everything is amazing and the owners are super nice. Highly recommended.

I want to dive into a gigantic version of your Hangover Helper burger and eat my way out of it! Great, amazing food! And the delivery service is excellent: the chaps are always fast, polite and courteous. The only weakness is that they don’t have a pneumatic tube that connects their restaurant to my face and directly shoots burgers into my mouth at the push of a button. Maybe one day there will be an app(and tube) for that.

Love Riff’s! Great gluten free options, the chicken pesto sandwich is killer! Almost addicting! My fiancé loves the Gaucho. We’ve never been disappointed. Love the vibe, love the people, and love the food. Love that they have Reeds Extra Ginger Beer and Mexican Coke among other great drink options. They always have fruit infused water too! Never been in the bar, but it seems to be gaining popularity!

Great little lunch spot where I just had a excellent sandwich. Décor is cool a bit loud and had a great sandwich. Ordered the grilled chicken pesto, cooked right and enojoyed the flavors. I a huge sandwich for lunch guy so have had my share, this is high on my list. Comes with chips and salsa both were good, seems like an odd side to come with everything but not complaining. If in the area again wouldn’t hesitate to return.

order at counter, they bring out. varied menu, lots of gf options. yay very light bright open space. peppy music. casual and happy. friendly service. fish tacos … delicious! lemon sauce, a little cotijo, cabbage and red onion. generous fish and good balance of ingredients. gf shells available. tacos a little drippy but so what? so yummy! served with warm chips and perfect salsa. water is lightly flavored with fresh fruits. lemon/orange my first visit, «tropical» my second. nice touch. on the second visit I asked for the gf taco shells. they don’t hold up. they get soggy from the slaw and fall apart. kind of wrecked my taco eating experience — the feel has to be just right! — so there goes one star. in the eastworks building. easy parking in the lot. will def be back. lots of other good eats on the menu to try.

Loved Riffs! They had an awesome menu and an even better atmosphere. Everyone working was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone in my party got a different menu item and we were all impressed and satisfied. Just what you want for a low-key but delicious lunch. I had the avocado & goat cheese quesadilla which was to die for. Never had so many delicious flavors in one quesadilla in my life. Others had burgers and chicken sandwiches which they said were great and my sister had a salad which was big and wicked fresh. The iced coffee was strong, just the way I like it. They even had complementary fruit infused water which was a nice touch. We also all commented on how we loved the music they were playing! Can’t wait to go back.

A little noisy but the food is just great. Go to the hideaway lounge for the same food and prices with better service and presentation. Truffle fries and burgers are the way to go here!

What a wonderful place! I usually order food next door at their counterpart The Hideaway. Today, however, I ventured in with my laptop as I heard they have wifi(they do and it’s quick). I was greeted by a very sweet woman behind the counter. I ordered the shrimp tacos – which I’ve inhaled next door and I inhaled these, too. These tacos are a perfect combination of smokey(from the grilled shrimp), crunchy(from the slaw) and creamy(with chipotle mayo). A nice heap of house made chips on the side. Still warm. Yum. It’s toasty warm in there, which makes it the perfect place to linger over your laptop and people watch – before, during or after you’ve inhaled your glorious fare.

Had dinner here. The atmosphere was neat, it was really warm inside but still neat. The food wasnt my favorite. I know that fried foods have inherent greasiness to them but this was out of control. The onion rings and fries were dripping. I had a falafel sandwich that managed to be simultaneously greasy and overly dry. My girlfriend had been here before and was also left unimpressed with the food. I don’t think I’ll make a return trip.

I used to come here regularly. Last month they took the best sandwich off the menu for no reason– nothing weird or inaccessible, just a fine brisket sandwich on sourdough with tart pickles and tender beef. Since then, they have moved to pork belly sandwiched and gussied-up fried chicken. Trendy but at what cost? The brisket on sourdough was the best sandwich in the valley. The food here has always been good and very well-prepared, but the graveyard of inconsistency(RIP Thai chicken pizza and now brisket) impedes me from going back too often. Heartbreak and heartburn come in tandem here. A pity as this was the highlight of my trips back to the valley. You can keep your trendu fried chicken with bacon, I’ll stick to the Bluebonnet for consistency.

Based on the recommendation of my Unilocal buddy Scott L., I made the drive from Westfield one night to check out the excellent food at Riff’s Joint. The restaurant is located to the right(that would be east) of the traffic circle along Rte. 10 in Easthampton. You then follow Pleasant Street till you see the renovated Eastworks mill located next to Lower Mill Pond. Riff’s can be found on the lower level of the mill. Inside are rough-hewn wooden floors, a large counter where you place your orders, an open kitchen with some bar stool seating along the counter, and then a mixture of tables around the dining area. You look up over the counter to see the menu written on panels suspended from the ceiling, place your order with the cashier and then take a seat. Your food will be delivered to you. The restaurant has a very eclectic and extremely delicious menu including homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. They’ve managed to combine those items with a mix of Mexican, Greek, and Thai cuisines, and give everything on the menu a fun, playful name. «The Wedgie» salad, «Speedy Gonzalez» burrito, and the«Hangover Helper» burger as examples. I ordered the pulled pork eggrolls for an appetizer, and they came straight from the fryer with a sweet Thai chili dipping sauce. For the main course I had the Thai-Dyed burrito with diced chicken. The burrito was made with Jasmine rice, diced carrot, daikon radish, bean sprouts, Napa cabbage, scallion, cilantro, peanuts, and peanut sauce. Both were excellent! The owner /manager made a point of walking around and saying Hi to everyone and checking on the food orders to be sure that everyone was happy. That’s always a nice touch of customer service which I appreciate. Riff’s is a casual spot that serves beer & wine along with the food. They also offer free WiFi to their diners.
