Value Drugs Eastchester

So, I used to really like this store… They have a lot of things that you can buy for kid’s birthday parties, gifts, balloons etc., and they gift wrap. Last time I was there I had been with my sick two year old and infant baby at another drug store, picking up prescriptions. I told my son if he was good the whole time, he could have a balloon. The store I was at really had no idea where and how to get a balloon, even though they were displayed, and after waiting on line for a second time (with both kids!), nobody was able to help. Determined to keep my word, I went to Value Drugs to let him pick out a balloon. The Staff member who helped us was friendly and great and could see that I was with an infant and a sick 2 year old and wanted to help. She was putting the ribbon on the balloon when all of a sudden this older woman who worked there with short gray hair started screaming at her «customer!!! customer!!» telling her to get back to the register. I was already beaten down, and now I was thinking, great, we are not good enough customers for you. The woman who was helping us got yelled at so loudly and repeatedly that she went over to the register. Now I had to wait in line again to get to THE SAME PERSON who was already helping me because apparently the other customer’s chocolate bunny was more important than me and my balloon. Were they kidding? I am still sad about this. That old lady hurt my feelings and made me feel like dirt. I did wait all over again and the nice lady rang me up. I don’t think I can go back ever again though, because I am worthless to them and they let me know, loudly.
