Comcast Service Center

I would give Comcast zero stars if possible. It is the only cable provider offered to my location, which has led me to strongly consider moving in order to avoid their services. I have never dealt with such rude, unorganized, unprofessional people. The service is horrible, they randomly charge if you happen to look at your statements, and never return phone calls to resolve an issue. I have been trying to straighten out my package since DECEMBER, and still have an old cable box sitting in my living room with the wrong package hooked up. NEVER CHOOSE COMCAST. You will be highly disappointed.

I moved in to an apartment on a Friday and needed internet set up. When I called my service rep on Saturday, he directed me to the Comcast in East Brunswick. I drove there, and lo and behold — it was closed. I called my service rep and found out that there was this Comcast — half an hour down the Turnpike. And it was snowing. Begrudgingly, and needing internet, I drove down to the Hightstown/​East Windsor location.
When I got there, there was only one person in front of me in line. He was having issues and the rep behind the counter apologized and told me he would be right with me. Just as I was starting to get annoyed at the wait time, a second guy came back from break and he took me right away. He was able to clear up my issue with the click of a button, and he sent me on my way with all the equipment I needed. My only issue was he said he gave me all the cords to set up my internet, but not enough cords to also set up my TV (which he had given me a DVR for). I needed another coaxial, which I thought was in the set up box. There were only 2 in there, and with the splitter I needed 3.
