Bath & Body Works

I used to love this store many years ago, have been going to them over 10 plus, years. I would stock up on my favorite perfumes scents especially when they had sales. I don’t mind spending $ 21 – 25 on perfume, but now they, are over $ 40+. Alot of the scents I used to wear are now discontinued or they have revamped the scent and it smells terrible. I’ve also noticed alot of their perfumes start to smell the same after a while with a hint of difference. I cannot wear the body spray mist it’s pure alcohol and gives me a rash same with lotions and soaps. I’ve also noticed that when u go into each location you tend to be bombarded by every employee if they can help. Now I’ve been in retail my whole life usually I like to be left alone to shop and when I need help I will come to you. I know they are competing with other places on perfume but I could see spending 40 plus if it was actually a high end perfume but it’s not. I got hooked on 5 scents there and they discontinued 4 of them. How is that good business, okay so sales on certain ones weren’t doing well but the small percentage of us that like the scents should still be able to get them. they also carry candles, aromatherapy, hand soaps, hand santizer, lotions, shower gel etc. Very disappointed and now they’ve lost a customer after all these years.
