tHIS SHOULD BE no stars!
What a THIEF!!! Stay away from Jonas and any fly by night personal training company he starts. He lied while at East Coast Fitness in Edgewater, it shut down, he lied about who contracts were with, he didn’t honor the 3 day cancellation option PRINTED on the contract and I had to dispute his charges because there was no signed contract !!! Now 6 months later, club is still closed, business closed, and he charges me $ 1400.00 in one week!!! A week that I was in FLORIDA!!! My credit card company was like WTF because Jonas had hung up on them! STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING RELATED TO THIS HACK!!!

Nicole is a great trainer. She is interested in my goals and in getting me to reach them. I enjoy working with her and look forward to my sessions and seeing results. If your in the area check out strong and shapely and get a session in with Nicole, it will be worth it!
