I get there close to closing time to buy some earphones. I go to the service desk, some lady with bad weave behind the counter won’t even look me in the eyes. She just starts clearing her work station. I have to say excuse me in a firm voice before another worker comes over to assist me. Horrible.

It’s fun having older parents, isn’t it? Well, my dad got himself into a situation that required we get his phone number changed. He likes to talk to people in person, so I met him at this Verizon Wireless location to help him out. The staff were great in communicating and helping him. They helped him sort out his contacts and showed him some additional options on his phone. When we mentioned changing the number, the customer service rep let us know that he would be able to save money if he did it over the phone. We were shown where we could sit and make the call. It took less than 10 minutes to get the phone number changed and the phone updated. After completing the call, the customer service rep made sure that we’d gotten everything taken care of and that we had no more questions. Our representative really was helpful and genuinely interested in doing what was best for my dad. When Verizon starts offering an iPhone, I’d gladly go to this location to purchase and get it set up.
