New to the place. The place is very clean, spacious, and the staff are friendly. Great for family, and to relax and enjoy a good coffee.

Absolutely the WORST DD store I have ever visited. I go there maybe twice a week and the services is sooooo slow! How slow you may ask? Well so slow in fact I decided to time my waits in line. And on four consecutive visits with a total of one to three cars in line on each visit I waited an average of 7 minutes. SEVEN minutes. Just ridiculous IMO. If you have all the time in the world feel free to visit this DD and enjoy your wait (bring a book). But if you are any kind of average hurry I would suggest the WAWA across the street for a cup of joe.

Unfortunately, this location has left me disappointed on numerous occasions. I realize morning drive-​thru is likely the busiest time for them, but it appears to flummox them day in and day out. If it’s that difficult to accommodate the volume, add a short-​shift staff person. It has not been unlikely that I would wait in line fifteen minutes, and this, despite never ordering anything more complex than a coffee and sandwich. Because of the terrible slowness and apparent lack of managerial foresight, this location has now seen the last of me. I will drive an extra five minutes to the one on Fruitville pike, where regardless of the length of the line, you are through in five mins or less.

Great service. Great coffee and food. They are quick in serving your order but what you get looks like the pictures they are good at making the food right. Not like some fast food restaurants where you see a commercial for some new item and when you try it it’s slapped together like no one cares, this Dunkin Donuts cares.

I know, I know… who in the heck reviews a Dunkin Donuts? But this place is different. It’s local to me. I stopped in for a dozen donuts to bring to the office and also get breakfast here from time to time. The reason I gave it 5 stars was due to the freshness of the donuts. No mater what time I visit this location I can be assured I will get a fresh donut and friendly service.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
