Mimi Beauty and Hair

This beauty supply is absolutely horrible!!! Not because they’re lacking on products but because they rip people off. I’m a barber and recently purchased a 12 pack box of neck strips, when I opened the box it was only 8 packs of neck strips in there. I called the store letting them know what happened and the lady told me to come back to fix the situation but I was too busy at work and couldn’t make it so I went back a couple days later hoping the same lady was there. I finally make it back to the store and explain what happened hopping to get $ 4 or 4 more neck strips and I get denied by the manager! I was furious and questioned the manager about what was owed, the manager then told me I need to contact the makers of the neck strips. Once he said that I knew I wasn’t getting anything back and told him I will never shop in his store again. This is the second incident where the store has shorted the local consumer and I refuse to support businesses like this. Great store, great location but crappy business!!! I will be traveling a little further to stock up on my barbering supplies but at least I know I’m getting my money’s worth!

They Have EVERYTHING and at excellent prices!!! My new go to place for all my beauty needs!!!
