I went here one time and had to go back twice within a week because the gel polish that was applied to my toes chipped off and on my finger nails the gel polish started to chip off two days later

Based on the experience I had today at this establishment. I will not be returning and IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE EITHER. So allow me to explain my situation, I use to go here back in 2006 – 2007. When I entered today I noticed some familiar faces. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. What I do not appreciate about the type of ppl who run nail salons is that they attempt to PLAY ON YOUR INTELIGENCE… upon sitting down to have my nails done the guy asks Gel manicure or Gel nails? I’m fully aware of the difference and I never get nail extensions. Anyway, everything was RUSHED. for a $ 25 MANICURE I want to feel as tho my American dollars I work hard for (which are being sent to other countries) are appreciated! I get a mood changing color that’s white and pink… the guy I had CLEARLY wasn’t properly trained because he kept going over the same spot multiple times causing the polish to look uneven. When you are painting a light color polish on someone’s nails if it’s uneven it will easily show. So I told him and he put on another coat. Now I’m suppose to get a hand massage with lotion, that didn’t happen. He wipes or sprays ALCOHOL ON MY NAILS and that’s it… so you are trying to dry out my cuticles? I’m a women who’s use to going to nail salons, day spas, and hair salons. This piece of shit ass sweatshop type of deal is the reason why I’m so critical and picky, but nowadays it seems all these places are like fast food in and out quick with very lil attention to detail. And the polish on my nails are STILL uneven! I get my pedicure… THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE PEDICURE STATIONS. And I will be contacting the Dept of Health on Monday about this disgusting practice. My pedi was ok… she asks me if I want to spend $ 5 extra on some BS. I go for it… when it comes time for the massage lotion is wiped on my foot, my feet are slapped (YES I SAID SLAPPED) and that’s IT… I was going to leave her a tip… but I’ll keep my money. I looked down into the tub and IT WAS FILTHY… NEVER AGAIN.

I will never go back again! I decided to try this place because 1. It was near home 2. It had good reviews in this app. It was horrible! The girl was not happy at all. I think it was near her lunch time. The bitch rushed! My pedi was ok, I can’t say she did a bad job. My manicure was disappointing. She kept on painting my cuticle and the sides of my nail. She kept soaking them and filing them to much. I told her to cut a little but she cut a LOT! I will not recommend anyone to go there! Even if it’s near home! Drive down to orange or west orange for a quality service.

I absolutely love this place. The staff (Husband & wife) are super friendly and does a great job doing nails. I always go to the wife (Teresa) to get a pedicure because she puts a tip on my big toes because it won’t grow LOL. I always allow her to draw a design on my big toe because she knows what fits me. Her husband is the go to guy if you want long lasting nails. I normally have him wrap my nails because they tend to break easily. The down side to it is you have to get there early on the weekends because it get’s really busy.

So, I have been to place about 4 times now. First time I went, they did a good job on my nails. I had this one man do it, i forgot his name. As for my feet, not so well. The lady who did my feet messed the nail polish on it. When I asked if she could re-​do it, she said it would be $ 5 for her to re do it even though, she is the one who messed them up. Also, I came another time to get my nails done, a different man did it and he did a horrible job. He made some of my nails shorter than the others. One of middle finger nails is way too long. He did an uneven job. As for painting them, he did a crappy job as well. Overall, I am probably not going to come back to this place. Plus, they are over-​priced.

The is my go-​to place for a mani/​pedi and eyebrows. I usually stick to one person to take care of me. They are very nice and and I usually go during the week because it’s not busy. But if you come on weekends, be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes. They are really popular in the neighborhood for doing the «long» nails. I haven’t gotten mine done, yet, but I really like their work. I wish while I was getting a pedicure they had better massage chairs but it’s ok. It’s a decent place to get your nails done.
