Took my husbands truck here for a break job. They told me what needed to be done at a very great price. The truck was ready and fixed the same day.
The place I use to bring my cars to use to take forever and my vehicle was always dirty after NOT at A1 it was nice and clean. A1 auto will have all my car repair business

I own 5 cars and have used A1 for many years for oil changes, inspections, and normal maintenance. Chris, Shawn, and the entire team are great people; honest and hard working. I trust them implicitly and love the relationship we have. I know my cars are in good hands and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been going to A1 for about 3 years. I have brought all of my cars and trucks there ever since my bad experiences at All Pro Automotive in Old Lyme. Chris and his staff are informative and offer suggestions so you don’t have to pay for things you don’t need. And if for some reason something doesn’t keep working after they have worked on it, they take the time to correct it. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust who also have the know-​how and you can’t go wrong with A-​1 Auto!

I had taken my car here to get an estimate on an exhaust & break problem. My parents took all their cars here for years and loved the place. They believed they were fair & honest. Unfortunately they told me an outrageous price for both repairs, I took my car to a small garage in Norwich instead & got my exhaust fixed for hundreds less. I had to pay A 1 auto $ 50 just for them to look at it (and it took them all day) I understand they have to pay their workers for the time, I just feel like they were trying to take advantage of a girl that knows little about cars.
