Worst location I’ve ever been to. Everyone is lazy unprofessional and the food is always extremely stale. They have slow bad service.

As someone who suffers from numerous food allergies, I am quite used to being«that guy» whenever I attempt to eat out. Unfortunately, far too often this leads to receiving poor customer service. As such, it is extremely refreshing and surprising when I am lucky enough to find an establishment where the staff actually behave as though they are there to serve you,(regardless of what additional complications and hurdles you might bring to the table. Such has been my experience nearly every time I visit Taco Bell on Grand River Avenue. During my latest visit,(yesterday), I was especially blown away by the service that I was given by Amari and Ashley. Both were helpful and professional, not in the slightest acting like I was making things difficult, or being frustrated by my allergy dictated requests. They were both authentically friendly and personable, with genuine smiles on their faces. My food was made exactly to order, and for a phenomenal price. I left, happier and readier to complete my tasks for the day than when I had entered. Seldom do I receive such great customer service. And to think, it was at a Taco Bell. –Trybal Wolf P. S. Both Amari and Ashley deserve raises.

I love Taco Bell. If I’m going to eat fast food, I’ll go to Taco Bell. Plus, this one is always open way late after I leave the bar, so that is always a plus. Who doesn’t love Taco Bell after a night of good drinks that lead to bad decisions? Taco Bell makes everything better. This is a pretty classy Taco Bell, and they have a lot of MSU memorabilia hanging on the wall and flat screen TVs so you can watch the games/the news. My favorite story about this T-Bell(to follow Kristen’s example): My friends and I made a bee line for Taco Bell after a night at The Post, and it was pretty busy already. So the lady working at the register is like, «I ain’t got no nacho cheese, and I ain’t got no beans, so if that’s a problem for you, get the F*** OUT!» So I ordered two beef soft tacos, and they didn’t disappoint. And I ate them next door at Insomnia Cookies where my friend had decided to escape the chaos that is after bar Taco Bell on Thirsty Thursday in East Lansing.

My favorite story about this particular Taco Bell involves taking too much NoDoz while studying for a wicked Biology exam. Almost 48 hours and one failed exam later, I finally fell into a DEEEEEEP sleep. I was only awakened when one of my friends suggested a trip to Taco Bell. I promptly awakened, exclaiming, «TACOOOBELLLLL!!!» and hurried to the car, eagerly anticipating some late night greasy goodness. I love this Taco Bell, especially since they moved to the new, much larger location right across the street from the old place. It’s open ridiculously late(something like 4am?) so you are guaranteed to run into drunk people any night of the week if you are making a late night Taco Bell run. I think the best part of this Taco Bell is the fact that there is no drive-thru. While this may normally be seen as inconvenient, the location of this Taco Bell receives mostly foot traffic in the first place. The lack of drive-thru also forces the employees to focus on the customers who arrive at their front counter. While the line may be long, the food is so cheap it’s worth battling the line and the drunken patrons. The crunch wraps, which many of my friends affectionately refer to as «ninja stars,» are and will probably remain my favorite item on the menu.
