David and his staff are great, respectful and very attentive to our families needs. He made sure our pictures we wanted displayed were very visible and made a beautiful slide show to be displayed on his large flat screen tv. There is a children’s room for the kids to play during services which was perfect for the kids. We felt that the kids should be present at the services, but we’re able to get away if they wanted. We have been using them as «Our» funeral home for years, and wouldn’t consider anyone else. His assistant (I’m pretty sure his name is Joe) went way out of his way to make sure my mom was able to get in and out of the funeral home, into the limo at church and cemetery during the funeral. David always makes us feel like part of his family, not just another family who lost a family member. We had a lot of requests, and they met EVERY SINGLE one, with a smile! I Highly recommend East Haven Memorial to anyone who loses a family member, they are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and treat you like part of their family. 5 star!
