I recently moved from Woodcliff Estates but I lived there for several years. I was single and I must say this was a great complex! I had a two bedroom apartment, rooms are very large. The walk in closet was the bomb!!! It was very few times that I needed maintenance, but when I called, they were there within 48 hours. Another plus are the garages! There is nothing like having a garage in the winter!!! The location is in a centralized area, grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants and easy access to the highway. Last but not least… The Property Manager was the best!!! I enjoyed living there and recommend Woodcliff Estates.

We moved into Woodcliff April 2014 at a much lower rent than our appt was listed as because when we came in January we put a deposit on it while they were having a good sale. we just got our notice that our rent will indeed go up 50 a month. Honestly I was relieved because I was expecting to have to pay full value and that is out of our price range. Generally we like it here. In the beginning we had a problem with parking because there were a lot of residence who were not on their leases parking daily in visitor spots leaving none for our guest and somehow making it harder to get a spot at night for us. We had several issues with our AC in the summer but maintenance was very nice and usually it would work again for a few weeks. The electric bills through the summer were outrageous, our highest at 200 and that was keeping the thermostat at 84. Now in the winter we keep it at 64 and we generally stay at 68 with the heat only kicking on at night. The walls are nicely insulated compared to other appts and we only hear noise from our neighbors at night when the gentleman downstairs(who is obviously hearing impaired) blasts his music. As far as layout goes– the master bedroom is huge and the second bedroom is tiny. I wouldn’t recommend to couples looking to split rent. The windows are picturesque but it will cost you a fortune to put window treatments on an 11′ window. We’ll stay here for another year but probably not more if they will raise rent 50 consistently. –update– this is our second summer here and the AC breaks all the time. It works for a few weeks and then they fix it and then it breaks and then they fix it. repeat.
