This was the most incompetent rudest credit Union representative I have ever spoken to. Providing customers with an attitude when asked questions. Isn’t that what your job is? either way your best of not bothering. We used this through our dealership and they messed up our application process somehow. When called for clarification I was greeted with attitudes it seems no one knows what they are doing there or could give an intelligent answer but certainly could give an answer with attitude. if the simple question that I had for them was causing such annoyance and stress and they wouldn’t even think about what I was asking or try to help, I certainly would not trust them with my money! I will be looking for a different Union for our loan as this is unacceptable customer service behavior and not something you expect from a banking facility. They really should screen their people who interface and interact with customers prior to hire!!!

Absolutely the best first time homebuyer program and the best jumbo mortgages up to $ 1 million fixed and adjustable. First time homebuyers received a $ 1500 credit and our closing costs are only slightly over $ 1000. Unbelievable.
