Best massage in the state. Great location, comfortable ambiance, amazing therapists, and not a stuffy corporate feel. I’ve been a regular for years and would never switch.

I have been going to Sundance for years. I can also report that my wife, daughters, sisters and friends also are repeat clients. I have seen only grateful people at Sundance that have had a massage and feel better. It is simple to rebook online with your favorite professional therapist. I especially appreciate choosing my music on Pandora radio and tuning out the world. There is no contract. So enjoy !

I booked a massage for Saturday 10÷24÷15. My Massage therapist, Holly, was very good though it was not a quiet environment hearing noise in the next room. I contacted the owner who offered me another massage at no cost.

I get a massage for health reasons about once a month. My regular massage therapist had to cancel my last appointment and I received two referral to Sundance Therapies. Boy were they right! I felt so comfortable and at home there I literally didn’t want to leave!
My first impression was that the studio was small but the building goes way back and there are several room. The reception desk is on the left and there are a couple of big chairs. I didn’t have to wait at all but there is reading material available. I found the reception area to be a very comfortable environment.
I filled out my intake sheet and the therapist went over it with me. I am allergic to coconut oil (runny nose, watery eyes, coughing — it’s not pretty) and she ran right back to be sure they had a lotion/​oil without coconut in it before we began. She even went to ‘wash her hands really well’ because she had used coconut oil in her previous massage. So thoughtful! We finished going over the intake sheet, discussed what kind of body work I wanted and then headed back. The room was a nice size, not at all cramped like some other studios I have been in, with a very high ceiling which made it feel big and airy.
I need deep tissue work and the therapist confirmed my neck is ‘a mess’! (Yup, every time!) We started there and she spent the lion share of our time working on the neck and back. She did get to all the other areas as well and spent time on my hands and arms which get a lot of use from my work. A lot of therapist graze over the hands and I really appreciate the attention to those muscles. We chatted throughout the massage and it was a very pleasant experience all around.
Everyone’s experience is going to be a bit different because massage is such a personal thing. If you go in with a good attitude and communicate what you want/​need, you help to create a good experience. I found the professionals at Sundance Therapies ready and willing to listen and provide the care you desire. I will not hesitate to return to Sundance Therapies and feel very comfortable recommending them.

This location used to be better. My last massage a couple of weeks ago was a terrible experience. I had not been back there in quite a while. I had an appointment back on February 14^th that was cancelled last minute so was still a little unhappy about that. Now I finally decided to try again I’m not so happy I was able to get in. They could have been doing construction and it would have been quieter and more relaxing. There were people outside the room talking very loudly and slamming doors and anything else that could bang loudly. The massage music didn’t help as it was not very relaxing for me either. I booked 90 minutes and asked for extra time on my left shoulder. There didn’t really seem to be any flow to the treatment and not enough time spent on my legs or feet. A whole lot of time spent on my back. I was so glad to just pay and get out of there at end. I needed to find somewhere quiet to relax. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

Wonderful experience! It was my first time getting a massage and I picked the right place to go. It’s a very clean and calming environment. Cristi was my massage therapist and was very lovely. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything felt well. I will definitely being going back!

good people, great massages, no more yoga (booo) but the massage services make up for that. You will love this place. It has a great vibe, not too hooly gooly and the people offering services know there stuff. The owner alone has been doing massage therapy for 17 years. Now that there is some experience and strong, well worked hands. Very personalized and a great site. Check it out

This place is great! It doesn’t have the snobby vibe that other massage/​spa places have. The massage room was so nice! It was well decorated and extremely relaxing. The massage itself was even better. I hadn’t had a massage in over 2 years and definitely needed it. Carolyn is really great. She took the time to talk to me beforehand, asking if there was anything specific I wanted to work on and to go through my health history. I would highly recommend her! I can’t wait to go back.
