CVS Pharmacy

This rating is for the pharmacy. Went to get my flu shot. I was told they’re busy and the wait might be more than 15 – 30 minutes so I said I’ll wait. They have a couple of older women working in the pharmacy. One doesn’t know how to use the computer and then saying things in the back. I noticed they’re always willing to help older good looking male customers but if you’re female, they’ll ignore you. One even want me to move out of the way so that she can help the «gentleman behind me» even before my paperwork was finished processing. Older man’s paperwork had problem but I saw him came back and actually walked inside the pharmacy !!! to talk to someone. I bet if it’s me they’d be screaming for me to get out. The wait turned out to be 50 minutes. The wait isn’t the problem here. Please try not to let raging hormones dictate how you do customer service.

If you need your medication, do not use this store. They have the worst processing
I have ever seen. Misplaced paper work, sending medications to wrong stores and general mismanagement. And it has done it over and over!

HUGE CVS, doesnt really mean more selection or better service but for some reason and im guessing the location it does mean prices are sky high. $ 3 more for the price of a makeup item i use frequently and buy at the cvs near me 6 miles away… hmmm. Had a passport photo taken here it came out great and they were friendly so i give it 3 stars.

It’s a CVS, what else can I say? Well, it’s always been clean and well-​stocked when I’ve had to go. The service at the pharmacy has been good and I can’t recall ever having an unfriendly or rude staff experience. I guess the only thing that prevents it from getting five stars is that on some occasions when there are long lines at the front to check out, there aren’t enough staff. Most of the time they call for back up, but on rare occasions that doesn’t happen or no one responds.
Since this CVS is the closest one to me, I’ll definitely be going back.
