Skip the buffet. They have a small set-up — two soups, a cold salad bar and a hot Chinese buffet. Though the salad bar is nice, standard but good, you can’t purchase it separately. The«Chinese» buffet is absolutely horrible. Cold, greasy, all tastes the same, MSG bombed food. Maple Café recently got knocked during a state health inspection for buffet foods not being held at required temperatures. It’s clear from the cold«chinese» food during my last visit that the issue hasn’t been corrected. They do have some cafeteria style food and dinners — I would suggest you try that. My daughter likes the ice cream. The coffee is pretty good. Really nothing to write home about…

It is one of the best kept secrets of Lancaster! Try it for breakfast! They have an excellent eggs Benedict. They have a lunch buffet with fresh salads, dutch favorites and Chinese food. The prices are great. I can bring my kids to the buffet where they can eat what they like and not spend an outrageous amount! Its not fine dining, but the food is good & it is a great value!

If you like crappy lunch room food eat here, but if you like not to feel sick to your stomach eat anywhere else.

We have only tried the salad bar which has been great everytime. Salad bar includes the full salad bar, another bar of Chinese food, three different soups, dessert, drink and coffee. It’s all you can eat for 8.50 which is a very good deal for everything included. The food is always fresh and the are constantly bringing fresh items out. Staff are always polite and helpful.
