Avoid this place at ALL costs! The building itself is old, the rooms smell AWFUL and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything! It’s also by train tracks so the train keeps you up all night! The staff is HORRIBLE!!! If you ask a simple question they have to know everything (your name, room number, etc) and then when I asked for shampoo because we did not have room service since we had a do not disturb sign up, she basically accused me of lying and saying «well don’t u have some in your room» like good lord your shampoo is cheap crap why are you so rude about giving me some?! I’m already paying too much for this roach motel! This place needs to be shut down!
