For some reason, there are two entries on Unilocal for this one establishment. Someone on the Unilocal team should consider consolidating the reviews and ratings for the two entries. Went here for lunch with co-workers. The men’s room was reasonably clean and the staff accommodating. The salad bar was well stocked and up to par with other Ruby Tuesdays I’ve been to. I’m glad I added the salad bar to my order because my Avocado Turkey Burger took 25 minutes to reach me after one of the food runners sent it to the wrong table. When it finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The turkey burger itself tasted microwaved, the cheese was lukewarm, the ordinary white sandwich bun was slightly soggy from the lettuce and tomato, and there was no sign of any bacon in sight. So my entire meal was basically three excellent plates of salad, two garlic cheese biscuits, and a few bites of mediocre turkey burger.

Ok it’s a chain but I have to admit the bar food and salad bar are not that bad. Bartenders are awesome and spot on with the drinks and pleasant. I don’t eat too much there usually stick with salad bar or apps. But they’re pretty decent. I did have their fish tacos which are really good. My friend had their ribs which were basically falling off the bone, they looked really delicious. Their sliders look taste and juicy. The atmosphere is pretty laid back I actually like the fact that they don’t over season or salt everything. You can actually taste the food and not the salt. The have a decent size menu and their desserts are pretty tasty also. They have some decent lunch specials also worth checking out.

I have been here before, and the staff is friendly food is good but some times can be inconsistent. The salad bar is pretty good. I got the bella mushroom(steak with mushrooms on top) I ordered it as a medium but it came more well done. It is a nice but really a hit or miss.

Decent place, friendly staff, great garden bar to get salad to eat. Bacon cheeseburger was good. And pomegranate tea was good.

Nothing special about this place, or the food. I guess typical of chain restaurants. But it’s in a good location, right at the Brunswick Square mall, so after shopping or seeing movies with your family, good spot for lunch and dinner. Hearty food. Large, varied salad bar spread, and it can be added on to most dishes for 2.99. Not a bad deal. It has a Sports bar type of vibe though, kind of dark décor, not very warm/homey/cozy looking. That makes sense because I think there could be people lingering here later, and watching sports games(I remember my dad mentioning they played some football games during the season). Friendly enough people. I had a good waitress the last time I went. The hosts were normal. Young kids, I don’t expect much from them other than bringing me to my table. All is good.

I asked for a medium rare steak ended up getting medium well. The second steak came a ½ hr later. Skip this place. Go somewhere else

Nice menu, but messed up my order. The plain lemonade I got was blech. Stuff was served wrong too, too fast of appy immediately followed by other hot food. Which one do you eat hot? Don’t think I’ll go back.

I was really looking forward to a nice«Birthday» dinner with my son who can be very picky about what he eats. He was thrilled they had corn dogs on the menu and since I am on their birthday club program, I had gotten the free birthday burger coupon. We were seated right away which was nice and the waitress came shortly after we were seated to take out drink orders. I ordered the margarita which was not too bad at all and my son the milk which he fully enjoyed. I was a bit unsure about the coupon so I asked the waitress about it, she was very helpful and knew exactly how to answer my question without having to ask anyone else. I ordered the bacon cheese burger with fries and the salad bar. The salad bar while yes clean and well stocked is pretty boring. There is not a lot on it. But for 2.99 $ extra look at it as adding a side salad and you are okay. My son ordered the corn dog and fries which was very nice actually, was a great portion size. 2 corn dogs and a decent amount of fries. Mine was a nice sized burger with a nice portion of fries, however the burger was so greasy it was not really my cup of tea. But I kept it cause I was so hungry and it was virtually free anyway. The waitress was nice and even said here is your birthday burger. However, the one major issue I had with the whole experience was she did not even bother to ask if I wanted dessert before handing me the check. Seeming as it was my birthday would one assume that I would want one! I opted not to get it because of that, so they lost out on that. I even did the survey and addressed the issues I had on Tuesday, April 21st after the experience, saying I wanted to be contacted. It is now nearly a week later and I have not heard a peep. I have dealt with many other chains and even fast food place who have contacted me after a bad survey trying to understand how they could make their place better. But I guess they are content with bad service and losing out on patrons. I was very unhappy and felt like my birthday dinner was ruined. I would not go back to this one or maybe even Ruby Tuesday’s at all.

I remain a big fan of Ruby Tuesdays. I totally loved the Hickory Bourbon Chicken I had on my most recent visit. Coupled that with their very good salad bar and I was very happy. The chicken dish had a spicy kick to it which to me was both unexpected but satisfying. Our server was very sweet and very helpful. Not sure why the manager had the a/c going on a chilly winter late night when the place wasn’t that crowded. He said they needed it earlier when the place was full and did turn it off only to turn it back on 20 minutes later. Just because he was running around in a sweat doesn’t mean the rest of us should freeze. On the other hand he was working really hard.

My favorite lunch spot at the mall so far! Not a big salad person, but I do love their salad bar a lot, it’s a bit messy sometimes however all the ingredients are fresh and delicious. We have been here many times and all our experiences varied greatly. This time was really great, thus three stars. So we started off with a new item on the menu– shrimp po’boy flatbread, it was simple and had lots of good flavors, andouille sausage for example, and it worked very well with the rest of the ingredients. And then I got this amazing pretzel cheeseburger with portabella mushrooms and crispy onion straws! Really surprised at how delicious it was! And our waitress was really sweet and attentive. Good chicken strips and fries for kids as well. Will definitely stop by when shopping again :)

Whilst I was there my boyfriend and I waited for about fifty minutes when they told us there would only be a fifteen minute wait… people who came in after us just took tables and booths without even waiting with the hostesses(who said absolutely NOTHING) and then demanded menus. The worst part was when a mother and her child came in and waited… and then the daughter proceeded to go along the salad bar and pick and choose things with her dirty hands to eat and munch on while waiters and hostesses were walking around and saying absolutely nothing to either of them. The service in this place is horrible and I really do have to wonder about their cleanliness. Very disappointing.

OK, I get it. Divey little mom and pop diners with greasy breakfasts get 5 stars and chains get 2 – 3. I’ve been exploring this great nation, eating everywhere and often the chains are presumed boring, manufactured conglomerates. Unfortunately, many a great chain is overlooked and their ever-changing menus aren’t noted– Ruby Tuesdays is no exception to this. What you will get at places like these is a great atmosphere, great food at fair prices. Waiting for a late movie, we stopped in and were not disappointed. Great crab cakes, shrimp po’ boy flat bread, girly cocktails and dessert.

Another spot that I’ve been coming to for years. My brother was actually the manager at one point, way back in the day. Stopped in for a bite to eat before dragging my boyfriend around the mall! Place is a little dingy. Never a fan of carpet in a restaurant, but if you gotta have it, at least keep it clean. That’s probably my biggest negative here. Waitress was good! I don’t recall the exact name of what I had, but it was penne with a Parmesan sauce and spicy shrimp. It was delicious. Nice portion size. I wanted more, but that’s just because I can eat! My boyfriend got a chicken dish with a side of vegetables. He said it was good, but to me looked a little less than appetizing. Plating was nothing to write home about. It was a piece of chicken and zucchini and not much of either. I guess, next to a pasta dish though, not much WOULD look better. Could use an update, but it still beats the only other dining option in the mall, Tilted Kilt… No thanks.

Steak came out medium well rather than rare as ordered. Fairly tasteless overall. It reminded me why I haven’t been there in years.

Went there with my fiancé on 12÷12÷13 for dinner… Food was excellent and the server was very nice and friendly… He also gave us complimentary biscuits… The food was excellent… When entering the restaurant a hostess was not present and we waited a little bit under two minutes for someone to seat us… The person after a minute did acknowledge us and said he would be right with us… The man from Restaurant Stakeout would not if he walked into a restuarant and there was not a hostess present… Other then that they are no complaints…

If they cant handle processing a coupon, how can they handle following food safety and sanitation guidelines? Hmmmmm Quality is what matters. Quality food, service, cooks… Get your act together.

This was probably the only restaurant that satisfied everyone in my family: it has pasta, it has burgers, it has steak & lobster, and it has a full salad bar! Ruby Tuesday also has a bar with lots of televisions for viewing sports, etc. Good, usually quiet atmosphere in the restaurant. Prices are fair, from $ 6.99 for burgers to about $ 17 for steak and lobster, all meals have good portions! On certain weeknights, there is no wait whatsoever. I always get the Ruby’s Classic Burger and it’s absolutely delicious. You can substitute french fries for mashed potatoes & both alternatives are satisfying. My mom loves the salad bar here; it has lots of varieties and you can add it onto your meal for only a few dollars more. The drinks are to die for here too! For non-alcoholic drinks, try the strawberry lemonade. It’s fresher than usual strawberry lemonade & they include small pieces of fruit in it. Dessert is also good. Get the blondie(a brownie essentially, with some nuts, served with ice cream)! It’s delicious and I’m craving some now. So why does Ruby Tuesday only get 4 stars? Well even on less busy days, service can take a while. The waiters and waitresses keep themselves«busy» by staying in the kitchen often and when you want something, don’t expect them to be there right away. However, on other nights, we would get a decent server. Try it regardless!

My brother and I only go to Ruby Tuesday for one thing and one thing only. For their PRIMEHAMBURGERS. Hand made to perfection, fresh ground ANGUSPRIME meat that melts in your mouth as you bite it. We always order the Triple Prime Havarti Burger. This comes with bottomless crispy fries! Every once in a while we would switch it up with Triple Prime Cheddar Bacon Crispy Burger(applewood) bacon to be exact! Hmmm Hmmmmmmm GOOD!!!
