This practice has no regard on people’s time. I had blood work done and they told me to come back for my results. I waited for 3 hours only to be called back and the doctor(who seemed very scatter brained) tells me that my tests did not come back from the lab. WTF? you have me wait 3 hours to tell me my lab tests were not ready???

I have been a longtime patient of this practice for the last 7 years. This year I decided to get an IUD procedure done, however the entire process has been an ongoing nightmare. The office lost my urine sample(how does that happen?) and asked me to come back to give one. At the time of the consultation for the IUD, the doctor instructed me that within the next two weeks I would hear back from the office about my insurance coverage and that I would get the procedure done as soon as I got my next period. After two weeks, I got my period and was told that the office had not«heard back» from my insurance carrier. I decided to call my insurance carrier myself only to find out that the office had never gotten in touch with them. Once I brought this attention to the office, they then decided to get in touch with my insurance company and proceeded to put in the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. Whoever is in charge of contacting the insurance companies and putting in prescriptions needed to be fired IMMEDIATELY. The office takes no responsibility for their mistakes and makes up the most ridiculous excuses which just disgusts me. Now I am stuck waiting an entire month until I can get the procedure as my period has passed and they were completely incompetent in completing the appropriate steps in a timely fashion.

The front desk staff is pleasant and will answer your questions if they feel it if worth their time. Dr. U is very compassionate and clearly cares for all patients of the practice even if she has never met you before. Dr. Sinfosky is also nice, runs very behind schedule(1.5 hours) and has no problem asking tough questions that may come off as judgmental. For example, if you were to say you had 1 – 10 drinks per week, she would say ‘do you have all of those drinks at one time”. Which is ok. What is not ok, is the nurse(which during a follow up visit I was told was great if I had any questions, but when I was on the phone with her while she was giving me my diagnosis told me to consult the internet for my questions) calling in the middles of the afternoon while I’m at work to tell me I may have cancer and need additional testing. I think you should call me and tell me to make a follow up appointment. Dr’s are good, nurse not so great, I won’t be returning.
