Elizabeth Rozin-​Golinder successfully represented my wife on a couple of occasions. Once was for child custody and the most recent was for child relocation, which required a plenary hearing. Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with in person, over the phone and through email. She worked very diligently to ensure that each case was aggressively presented and won. I retained Elizabeth Rozin-​Golinder from Law offices of Edward Weinstein after reading online reviews about her and I am so glad I believed it. I read other client comments and I truly agree with them she is an Exceptional attorney who has helped me to get my kids back to NJ, then got my TRO dismissed in a full blown FRO trial and represented me in my divorce case too. My case was extensively litigious and very volatile. The way Elizabeth handled it was TERRIFIC. She is one of the Attorneys who does not want unnecessary litigation unless the opposing party doesn’t want to settle and keeps litigating and we had to go through it. She knows the LAW and very often she is able to read the Judge’s mind which I have witnessed in the court order.
When it came to child custody she got me a shared parenting time with joint, legal custody which was in the benefit of the kids. No matter what happens between the couple, kids always want to share equal time with both the parents and I am just glad Elizabeth and the court helped us in setting up a shared parenting time.
My case was in the brink of a divorce trial and trial briefs prepared by Elizabeth was EXCEPTIONAL. I really wish no one has to go through a divorce trial as it is a lot of work and money but you never know how your case is going to settle. As each marriage is unique, each divorce is unique too. Even on the day of divorce she kept on reviewing the marital settlement agreement (MSA) again and again, we made a lot of changes until both the parties were completely satisfied in signing the agreement. She is extremely DILIGENT when it comes to what should be included in MSA and what should be taken out. I think I was blessed by God to have Elizabeth as my Attorney. She was definitely GODSEND.
As a client our expectations from an attorney are Competent Legal presentation, honest billing and no unnecessary litigation and I believe this Law firm can help. I really thank Edward Weinstein and all other staff members for the legal support I received from them.

This is the worst, most unethical, poorly prepared law firm I have EVER encountered. Record your consultation meeting because I guarantee you if you don’t they will pull a bait and switch on you. Also do not deal with any of the staff and do not allow them to email you anything. They will say the staff made an error via email and you will be charged for it. RUN do not walk RUN from this firm. Edward is horrible and Molly is an inexperienced DITZ! I would have given them no stars if I could.

Terrible experience. Edward is very unprofessional, his staff makes promises they cannot keep, they overcharged me, and they want you to think they are a winning firm, but I experienced just the opposite. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
