Nickerson Sheet Metal

While working in Boston today I saw an employee of Nickerson go into anther HVAC contractor’s van and steal something and quickly pull away. If they have these type of employees I can only imagine the type of work they perform.
BE AWARE

This contractor installed two new high efficiency heat/​AC systems. The units were quickly thrown into place without much care. The basement unit wasn’t lifted off the floor to account for potential floods, even though the house has two sump pits installed and had flooding at the time of construction.
The attic system was dropped in place without taking into account anyone who may need to service the furnace or a/​c unit. Of course, now I can see why he wasn’t concerned because the system had major a/​c trouble the first week it was running. Kevin wouldn’t respond and attempted to blame the problem on the contractor who wired the system. I guess he forgot that he sent his own guy to wire it after much debate.
After I hired a legitimate HVAC contractor, they discovered the wiring was monkeywrenched and almost burnt out two new compressors. He also improperly installed a damper in the return duct.
Now we are in the heating season and lo and behold we have another problem. The attic furnace isn’t working and Kevin will not respond to the site to even look at it.
I wouldn’t allow this contractor anywhere near my job site.
