Comcast Service Center

They never changed my address and now I have no tv. Customer service and tech support can’t figure it out. There were 2 of us paying the bill for this address and the other people shut it off so now I’m screwed. I just paid 200 for the month even though the other people were paying too. I’m calling direct tv tomorrow.

After ordering Comcast service online (due to their monopoly in my new neighborhood), I found out that my order would be significantly delayed due to an equipment shortage. it was suggested that I go to this location to pick up equipment instead. Because I was traveling, the Comcast representative I spoke to on the phone said my boyfriend could pick it up as long as I provided some basic information for him (name and DOB) before so she could update the account. Well after he trekked over to this location with account and order number in hand, they refused to give it to him after 2 interactions with supervisors and the staff. When I called up Comcast later that day to find out why, they said there was no reason why they wouldn’t give it to him and they ended up «overnighting» the equipment as a result. However, 2 days later, I still don’t have equipment and I’m sure there’s only more problems to be had once we do receive it. I would give no stars if I could.

If these are things you enjoy, please hire Capitol Waste Services to get your trash out of there! Revere has hired these wasteoids to remove trash and recycling. If you call to ask why you were missed they will lie to you and treat you like an idiot.
