I would not recommend A1– TEC SERVICE to connect a garden hose. Frist off, it took them 62 days to complete a 4 – 5 day job. I contracted with them to install a new tank less gas hot water system. After a few days the unit stop producing hot water after a 3 – 4 minutes of operating. I called A1– TEC SERVICE and they would not return my calls. I then went to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Then, the owner of A1-​TEC SERVICE called me and said he would be out that same day. Well, he never showed or called. A1-​TEC SERVICE has ignored all my calls and is refusing to honor their one year warranty on labor and a ten year warranty on the unit. I had to hire a honest contractor to fix the problem that A1-​TEC SERVICE would not. Take a good look at the BBB web site and other places to check out A1-​TEC SERVICE background and history before you spend your money!
