Upon our arrival, I was completely«WOW’d» by the décor, totally cute, we loved it. Thankfully there was a booth available, so we were sat down immediately. Our waitress, was an older Caucasian women, for the lack of a better word, she was very dumpy looking. She didn’t have a name tag, so I don’t know her name. She took our drink order, then came back to get our regular order. My husband wanted to order a sandwich, she then informed us that lunch doesn’t start until 11:30(it was about 10:45), my husband said, fine and just started to look at the breakfast menu, which obviously took a few minutes. This waitress literally stood there and tapped her pen on her book. Totally rude! She was slow on refills, slow on checking on us and just overall slow! When we asked for a refill she seemed annoyed. The food was ok, just typical diner greasy food. The prices are VERY high for a diner, maybe it’s because it’s in Eagle?! So my 1 star is highly due to our waitress. Never going back again!

Adorable 50’s diner. Definitely a greasy spoon joint. If Guy Fieri hasn’t been here, he should come. It’s got neon, checkered floors, classic booths and chairs. The atmosphere is fun! I had a burger, it was good, not five star… 4 star environment though!

Good breakfast! I ordered the combination breakfast plate and my husband had the huevos rancheros and both were really good! My pancakes weren’t the best so I would try the French toast instead for next time. Service was fast and friendly. We would visit again!

Service was terrible. Had to send the vegetarian Chilli back because it was terrible. Waitress was offended, left and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. Vegetarian Chilli used to be good and has since deteriorated. So sad because this used to be one of my favorite stops. The rest of the food was just ok. Paid for the Chilli even though it was sent back after one awful bite.

Vegetarian chili was horrible and so were the French fries. The shakes were watery and the service was horrible. When we informed them about the chili, the server just walked away and didn’t take it off the bill. The seats were uncomfortable as well. The burger was good.

Meh. I had a cheeseburger, it was kind of dry and came garnished with a weak piece of lettuce and a few pickles. I had to ask for tomato and red onion and mayo. Fries were standard. It wasn’t anything special, unfortunately.

After hiking Hanging Lake Trail and taking double our expected time for the roundtrip as downhill on the rocks took as long to balance for my short, stiff legs as uphill had(but I was never short of breath either direction) we needed a late lunch on our return drive back to Boulder. My husband has eaten here several times before and liked it, the pictures of the food online looked great and since we had a minimalist breakfast before the hike, I envisioned a giant farmer’s style egg plate with lots of sides for me. So we arrived, starving, and the first thing I see on the menu is that they only serve the breakfast menu until noon! At a traditional roadside diner, really? It took a while to readjust my attitude, for sure, but I did end up with a nice salsa burger with chopped green chiles and guacamole, so the capsaicin factor was the consolation prize. I got the curly fries with it but they were so greasy, I ate just a few. The iced tea was refreshing though. Service was slow, even though the lunch crowd was over and the place was half empty. Staff getting their own breaks I guess. But friendly and welcoming. It is easy to find and to park here, just off the Eagle exit on I-70.

We were out sight seeing on a day trip from Vail and it was getting late. Stopped in 45 minutes before they closed. They were very gracious and welcomed us right in. Maria was our waitress and was extra sweet to our 4 year old. The house salad was fresh and full of great healthy lettuce and veggies. Bathrooms were clean and food was served with a smile and well priced! Cute diner and well worth the stop. Check it out if you are in the area for sure!

Walking into this restaurant reminded me of «Arnold’s» from Happy Days. From the glitter-vinyl-seats to Elvis playing softly in the background, the place has the feel of a 50s diner. The service was great. But the food was pretty greasy.

This has no bearing on the restaurant, but it’s always a pleasure to walk into an establishment and be the only black person there lol. The food was«dinery» as it gets. I ordered the steak and 2 eggs(#5) and was greeted by a bountiful plate 15mins later. The server was VERY attentive and ran the place aggressively! Whether heading in/out of town you definitely need to stop-by for breakfast!

The food here is really good and the service makes you feel like family. The portions are huge for the price and I seriously doubt anyone leaves here hungry. My wife had the veggie browns and I had the combo platter, both were delicious.

A nice little diner for a breakfast or brunch. We stopped in for breakfast one day and enjoyed French toast, eggs, hash browns and pancakes. Solid food, nothing mind-blowing but a great spot with a retro vibe and friendly service!
