Bedbug Thermal Solutions

This company utilized the bedbug dog for detection of bedbugs and put the dogs detection as warranty. The dog was effective in finding the areas where the infestation occurred. They came out and heated our entire house 142 degrees for 8 hours. They did not, however, do anything in the garage. They then returned with the bedbug dog 2 – 3 weeks later and there was still detection of bugs as well as bites on us. They returned and just reheated those specific areas. We continued to get bites during the month of warranty and the dog returned and detected bugs in our bedroom. They incorporated the business into another bedbug business and gave us the run around after that. The new owner also refused to honor the warranty. Yes, we know we should seek legal action, and may do so when we have concurred our bug problem. We contacted a nationally known company and they indicated the heat treatment has to be for much longer than 8 hours to effectively seep into the cracks, baseboards etc. We would NEVER recommend this company for any reason.
