Rude indians, raggedy rooms with toilet overflowed and i was kicked out in the middle of the night because i was told it was my fault. Horrible customer service bad plumbing toilet was running bad all day never again!

Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good rates for twin cities and right next to a great restaurant. Breakfast is on par or better than most. Will stay here again if I am in the area.

This was a nice place to stay for a couple days when I was visiting the Twin Cities. It wasn’t too expensive. The staff was friendly and was accommodating — when I asked if they had an exterior outlet to charge my car they had no problem with me plugging in to one of the outlets outside on the light poles.(Right now none of the outlets on the light poles on the east side of the hotel are working so I had to drive around a bit to find a box that would work though.) The beds were nice and comfortable, I was able to sleep well on them. I liked how the doors have keys that you just need to hold in front of a sensor, it makes it easier to open your door when your hands are full. The room did not have a safe to store stuff while I was up in town which was a bit disappointing. The room had plenty of outlets available and had a station on the nightstand with outlets and USB ports, which was really nice. I do wish they had put the switch for the lights by the night stand within easier reach of the beds at night, it was kind of hard to reach the switch when lying in bed. The hotel is close to shopping(Walgreens, Target, etc), a movie theater, and places to eat. I did not have to drive far to find a good place to eat my first night there. Plus they have the standard free breakfast which was good. I would have no problem staying here again, I had a good experience staying here.

I was in town for several weeks on a project. Could only tolerate this place for just over a week. They seem to do a lot for those people going to the airport, but this makes parking for actual guests a problem. Wireless internet was slow and problematic. When mentioned to staff, they shrugged their shoulders and said«I know». Staff at the front desk was either non-existent or a group of friends, don’t think they were all employees, and you were interrupting their conversation. Beds and pillows were old and worn. Bottom line: if you need a quick place to stay and park your car, then not bad. Otherwise, steer clear, unless you desire some disappointment.

Didn’t even make it to my room. I’m very loyal to Choice Hotels and booked this place for my birthday. We(me and fiancée) tried to check in but were told they over-booked. We used our Choice Rewards and booked 2 weeks prior. 2 nights free. Great deal, we thought. Check in attempt took 30 minutes. I say attempt because they sold our room to someone else. The front desk attendant, with no communication to us in the meantime, finally said we could get a lesser room than what we booked. She stared at her computer screen for 30 minutes. 30 minutes only muttering things to another attendant., I said no, we are not staying here because you sold our king bed/jacuzzi room to someone else. 30 minutes of wait time with no other guests in line is absurd. The«Manager On Duty» sign was blank and didn’t include a name. The manager finally emerged after 45 minutes. He was less than useless but after another 20 minutes got our free nights back. After over an hour of us standing at the desk, we got our points back and left. I’ve stayed at Choice Hotels from Minnesota to Texas. I’m also tempted to never return. Their website doesn’t seem to have any sort of feedback option. Do not stay at Quality Inn, Eagan, MN.

This property is always«hospital clean». The front desk staff is second to none. Always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is as good or better than you would expect at sit down restaurant. Pool area and fitness rooms are adequate and always spotless. I considered Jimmy M.‘s review, but booked anyway, pleasantly surprised to find out there is no Hampton across the street, and he may be thinking of the Holiday Inn Express at another location. This location is away from the airport and Mall of America, but their prompt and efficient shuttle service to and from these destinations makes this the place to stay. This property gets a five for courteous shuttle service, cleanliness and hospitality, only because there is only five to award.

Not the place you want to stay. Holiday Inn needs to remodel this place. Staff does not react to complaints. Nice Hampton Inn across the street!

The layout was REALLY crappy. But our room was huge. Amazing. We had an entire living room with two couches, three tables, a tv, and a jacuzzi, and a little kitchen, and a huge bathroom with three sinks, and two SEPARATE bedrooms with giant beds. Oh my gosh. It was huge.

I stayed here as part of a wedding party. It was the worst experience I have ever had. We tried to check in at midnight and had to stay in line for over a half hour. When we finally got to the desk the lady at customer service answered the phone to help someone make reservations. After we got to our room we realized we had forgotten to pack a toothbrush, so we went to the front desk and waited in line for a half hour again and when we got to the desk they said that they were out. We also had welcome bags made up for those checking into the wedding block and they did not hand them out. When we told them about our concerns they made a ton of excuses but never corrected the problem. The second night I stayed there they charged my credit card twice for the same room and in the morning someone knocked on my door at 9 to ask what time I would be checking out, even though checkout was not until noon. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Made the reservation online through Holiday Inn, during the check in process I was informed that I was unable to pay in cash. A little inconvienient for me but I paid with the credit card. We reserved a whirlpool suite and we got just that. It was two rooms, with the whirlpool and bed in one and then a small tv/sitting room in the other with all the expected ammenities. The design of the room did not allow for the sitting room to stay even close to the same temperature as the bedroom and was obvious that they had problems with complaints before since they have installed a ceiling fan in the wall to help move the air from one room to the other. The ceiling fan was very loud so we opted to just stay in the one room. We stayed at the hotel for several days and adventured out on day trips only to return and find that housekeeping had left the door open and unlocked with no one insight. When mentioned to the front desk, they did ask if any thing was mising and thankfully, No. This happened one more time two days later. Several times housekeeping left cleaning rags, vinyl gloves laying in the room that they had brought in. I travel a lot but I think my biggest complaint is that even after addressing the issues to the front desk, then sending a complaint to Holiday Inn, and letting them know that I was more than willing to explain my problems to them, yet no one ever attempted to call me, write me, email nothing. I have since quit using Holiday Inn and will make my choices otherwise.
