the pizza was never deliver to my house after close to 3 hours. called twice and they told me it was on the way. decided to just cancel.

Worst place on earth! When you call it goes to a call center and it takes forever to get real person and when you have a problem they’ll just transfer you from the call center to the location and back. No one is taking responsibility.
Terrible customer service. Seriously. Don’t even try!

The toppings were skimpy, and it didn’t taste great either. The leftovers ended up in the trash not the fridge.
If you’re on a pizza chain budget, do Papa Johns down the block instead for a much higher quality pie. After a local team wins, they offer 50% off coupons via email also which makes them lower priced than most of the competition.
I thought I’d give Pizza Hut another try since it had been awhile. I may never go back.

Horrible I called to order a pizza at 6:42 and was told my delivery time would be 7:42. I called back at 8 and was told my pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 8:42. I told them to keep it that is ridiculous!

This was seriously the best pizza we’ve had in Eagan after trying all the others. Toppings were good, the cheese was delicious, and it was ready in 15 min. The staff was also very friendly and worked through a long line quickly. Well done.

The pizza was fast and ready at the time promised, but was skimpy on toppings and cheese. I would either order extra cheese next time or order from a different pizza place.
