I went in last weekend and Gavan in the home department worked really hard to find me a specific comforter set I saw online. They didn’t have it in stock so he helped me order it from the store. If I would’ve bought it online it would’ve cost me $ 50 more. But instead we picked out the exact one, ordered free shipping and I saved an additional 15% Because of the sale they had instore. What would’ve cost me almost $ 100 was $ 55. And he was So nice and patient and it was needed since my two year was being whiny and I was having a bad day. The customer service makes up for it being a small Macy’s and not a very good selection, especially in cosmetics. But that’s okay I like it anyway. I filled out a comment card for the guy. A++ cause its hard to find cordial help in big stores.
