We recently purchased a home with hot tub and since we never owned a hot tub before I called Royal Pools to come open it up. They charged me $ 130 in advance. A week later 3 technicians came out, filled it up half way and told me that filter pump and thermostat are not working, so they turned it off and said they would call me back and let me know if they can fix it and how much it would be. We never received a call, so my husband who doesn’t know anything about hot tubs, filled it up with water and turned it on and everything is working just fine. I called Royal Pools to tell them that they not only didn’t open our spa, but they also made I believe that it doesn’t work. Person that answered the phone said she would get back to me, suprise… never got call back. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Don’t waste your time, call someone else.
