Last couple times things have been great! I’m glad we gave them a second chance. Way better than Red Pepper. More taste and you don’t have to worry about anyone getting run over by their crazy delivery drivers!

Very fast and usually not too busy. I live nearby and come here often and they always provide good friendly service. Pizza is good and affordable, easy to cook. Usually get the Hawaiian or Cowboy which are both excellent. Also appreciate that they offer gluten free crust as an option.

I love having a Papa Murphy’s so close to my house. Most of the time people are very nice there and service is usually fast. I never had any problem regarding anything when it comes to this place. A couple of times they did our pizza wrong and they simply made a new pizza for us and gave the other one for free without us asking at all. This is what a good customer service is. Thanks guys!!!

We’ve been buying pizza once a week from the Duvall Papa Murphy’s since it opened. Aside from a once-in-a-while screwed up order(which they quickly correct, typically in our favor,) we’re happy with their service and the pizza. We’ve also had overwhelmingly positive interactions with the staff of Duvall Papa Murphy’s. Maybe our good fortune is the result of treating them with courtesy and kindness. We enjoy the pizzas on the«regular» menu, but we look forward to their specials. We love the Parmesan Chicken, Taco and Bacon Bacon Bacon varieties. I’m fond of obtaining an easy, quick weekend dinner for $ 10. Just a hint: If it’s Super Bowl Sunday or the Apple Cup, it’s a good thing to order ahead. If I recall correctly, they made over 500 pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday last year, and they appreciated our pre-ordering the day before.

Delicious pizza, lots of deals and coupons available, and super easy to make! Love this place and its carby bacon-loaded goodness… when it has bacon.

The one time I got a pizza from this location they screwed up the order and didn’t use our coupon. –_-; ’nuff said.

I don’t know about you, but at our house, Friday night = pizza night. No cooking for me(Yay! — and yes, we even use paper plates, so little to no cleaning, too), and the kids(15&4 y.o.) are happy. There are 3 pizza places in Duvall: Domino’s(ehh… no thanks), Safari(YUM, but a little bit pricey for my taste — for pizza, anyway…), and Papa Murphy’s. When Papa Murphy’s opened a few years ago, we were thrilled — really good pizza(judging by the ones we had previously eaten from the Woodinville P’Murphy’s), relatively inexpensive, and I love that you can pick one up in the afternoon while running errands, and pop it in the oven when everyone’s ready for dinner. No cold pizza, no waiting for the delivery guy… it’s all good. Plus my house smells like a pizzeria, which totally rocks. So, anyway — the Duvall Papa Murphy’s was super-yummy when it first opened, but in the last year & ½, it’s gone waaaaaaay downhill. The pizza doesn’t take nearly as good as it initially did, ANY kind of managerial staff seem to be permanently AWOL, and the staff(average age — 17?) seem to be more interested in taking advantage of the fact that they’re left alone in the place unsupervised(«Parrr-TAY!»). It’s totally reminiscent of what«Home Alone: Part 12» *would* have been like. Case in point: One evening, I had called in our order in advance. With my 4 year old in tow, we walked through the door to pick up our order, and my 4 year old stopped in his tracks, and said, «GROSS, Momma! What is ‘nat’?!» I kid you not, there were little balls(some squished flat) of Italian sausage and a smattering of pepperoni *all over the floor* in the front«customer area». I walked over to the«pick-up» area, and wryly asked, «Sooooo… you guys having a food fight, or something?». The kid I asked sees me every week, so he just gave me a sh*t-eating grin, and replied, «Maaaaaaaaybeeee… it’s been really dead tonight, and we’re bored». WTF?! Like, at least have the decency to LIE and say *something* along the lines of, «Yeah, I slipped and fell while carrying a container of meat». At least then I wouldn’t have to worry about what they could have possibly done to my pizza, what with them being sooooooo bored, and all… Am I overreacting? Hell, no! People, they GROSSEDOUT my FOUR-YEAROLD boy! This is a child who ventures out into our yard to find worms, snails, and potato bugs to… *shudder* …PLAY with. As my son & I were driving home with our pizza, he asked me if that was«poo on the floor at ‘Papa Murtheeth’». Haha, well to give him credit for his observational skills, that WAS what it looked like. Anyway, while the food fight was the worst of what I’ve seen from the Duvall Papa Murphy’s, there’s been a similar level of immaturity — last week, I walked in to pick up a pizza, and they were having a «sword fight» in the back area(you can see in from the front area) with either broomsticks or mop handles. Gross! Who knows what crap was flying off the sticks into the food! I’m not normally all that squeamish, but I’m not going back. Based on… a) their maturity b) their«high level of boredom» c) past behavior …it wouldn’t surprise me if there were huge phlegmglobbers added as a «secret bonus» in the pizzas. I just don’t want to risk it. NOTE: Just as an aside, don’t let this sway you from other Papa Murphy’s locations — the Woodinville branch is SOGOOD! For the last long while(aside from last week… I was lazy, ravenous, and didn’t want to drive 20 min. each way to get our pizza), we’ve been getting our pizza from the 14182NE Woodinville-Duvall Rd Papa Murphy’s. My husband once told one of the guys who works there that *their* pizza was SO much better than the Duvall Papa Murphy’s(actually, for some reason, it’s better than most Papa Murphy’s pizza in general!), that we were willing to drive 40 minutes there and back just to get it from their location. The guy told my husband that they hear that«all the time», and that both the Monroe and Duvall branches were«notoriously bad». There is a new Papa Murphy’s in the Redmond Ridge area, and to give that one credit, the staff seems MUCH more mature than the one staff in Duvall, but their pizza really isn’t anything special — especially compared to the Woodinville one. We’ll just be going to Wdvl. from now on.
