You need to review a hotel restaurant as a hotel restaurant. And by God, Seasons is a hotel restaurant par excellence. Unlike others you’ve been to, you won’t get gouged by the prices, and the food is quite tasty. It’s not exactly gastronomy, but you’re staying at the Sheraton Imperial, and the food will pacify you enough to compensate for the mediocre mattresses. I would highly, highly recommend any of their salads. And the fresh rolls which come before your meal. Coming from a town which likes to charge extra for a breadbasket, a good hot, complimentary roll goes a long way. I can’t say enough about the service. Granted it was never busy in there, but the wait staff does a great job. Definitely beats the Jimmy Johns down the street!

Service is terrible at Seasons Restaurant. Very slow. Food is your typical overpriced hotel food. The New York Strip had zero flavor and was chewy. Looked like it was cooked on a George Foreman Grill. Wendy’s would have been a better choice.

Food is pretty good. Pretty inexpensive for a hotel but the service has got to be some of the worse. Waitress behaves as if we were bothering her by being there. No smiles just pure grumpiness. Manager need to focus on training staff to be much friendlier. My husband has been staying here for almost six months for work and I see why he only orders room service or go out somewhere else.

This is the main restaurant in the Sheraton imperial hotel. They offer 10 local beers on draft but don’t carry other bottled beers. The crab cakes were pretty decent and the clam chowder was also not bad. However, the service is horrible. Absolutely atrocious. The waiters/waitresses are slow, they forget orders, and get orders wrong. It routinely takes 20 minutes for them to bring our beer even though there’s a bar area right at the entrance. It’s convenient if you’re staying at the hotel which is the only reason I kept going back. P. S. I did not try their breakfast but I heard from several friends that it was not very good.

Was here for a business function and the service was pretty quick and the prices were fair to what you would pay at a Hotel restaurant. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a chibota bun which was pretty good. The chicken was a little dry, but nothing a little mayo can’t fix.lol. There beer selection is a little weak and hope they can improve it.

A very nice place to stay. The people are both friendly and competent. All areas are at least a B and it’s a safe environment for kids. I’m a regular as I prefer staying here when I come to visit with my daughter at Duke.

I had the turkey club, my friend had the Cuban sandwich. Both came with choice of fruit or fries, we opted for the fruit. The presentation of the platter was nice and the portion was plentiful. The turkey club was good, nothing to write home about. I wish I could say I loved it, or there was anything special about it, but this was not the case. It felt like a sandwich that was trying to be mediocre. And it’s friend Mr. Fruit Cup was in the same category. The fruit was fresh, but not very juicy, but it was indeed real fruit, that was cut up, nothing canned. I am sure I will be back again and maybe next time I’ll try a salad. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive without being bothersome.

Sometimes it is not about the location or the perception of hotel food. Now I can only speak for the breakfast buffet they offer. Many would pass up this restaurant because of biases towards hotel food but I can assure you that this restaurant is a pleasant surprise. What I Had: Breakfast buffet The Good: 11 dollars for breakfast with free drinks! Items were freshly made and not stale(been sitting for a long period of time) Attentive service Eggs were wonderful & Grits tasted great Pancakes were fluffy and syrup was wonderful They provide things like: Oatmeal, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, sausage, bacon, cereal etc. Omelette station: create your own omelette Cutlery and dishes are clean The Bad: Limited seating If you are staying at the Sheraton give this place a try. The breakfast was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. I did not feel out of place or felt the need to leave a huge tip. If you did not like it, you’ll only be out 11 dollars but you will have a hard time finding a decent enough breakfast place nearby.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 day training so I ate at the bar/restaurant several times. The food is actually pretty good and prices are very reasonable considering it’s a hotel lobby bar/restaurant.
