I have received health coaching from Sue for the past five months and find it difficult to quantify just how much of an impact it has had on my life. As someone new to health coaching, I didn’t know what to expect. I have found the coaching sessions, and Sue’s style in particular, to be a refreshing balance of supportive and challenging, exploratory and practical. Working with Sue, I have been able to discover what habits and mindsets are not supporting my health and how to develop new ways of thinking, working and being. I have experienced freedom and support that has enabled me to set boundaries and take some risks that have ultimately allowed me to be living a life that is more balanced and satisfying. Along the way, I have also become more compassionate towards myself. I am in a very different place in my work life and feel more focused in my personal goals. To anyone hoping to grow in any area of their well-being(relational, professional, physical, spiritual, etc.), I would highly recommend health coaching with Sue.
