RMR – Relocation Management Resources, Inc

I attempted to work with RMR. They offer courteous customer service but they didn’t provide the service that I requested. I wanted a quote with and without the packing service. They only provided a quote with packing. RMR was going to charge $ 500 to pack a 6-​year-​old, 32″ TV. They also added a shuttle cost of $ 1,500 to my quote. The total quote for a 1 bedroom apt, out of state move was $ 5,800. This is $ 3,000 more than the average price for this move, based on Internet research.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Is EXACTLY as I would describe RMR.
The team is truly fanatical about their service. Relocation and especially moving is extremely anxiety ridden. I move over 100 families a year and trust RMR to manage every aspect of the moves. Our company goal is to «CREATE A FOND MEMORY DURING AN ANXIOUS TIME». We could not do it without RMR!

Moving can be stressful, and I expected to feel harried by the packing, loading, and unpacking. Nothing could have been further from the truth — the whole experience was actually a pleasure! My goods arrived in excellent condition, and I got periodic phone calls from the coordinator throughout the two day move making sure everything was going smoothly. My move was a little complicated, too — I was downsizing from a big house and a third floor walk-​up to an apartment. The crew handled all of it with speed and efficiency.
