Annual (actually 18 month) reexamination and set up appointment for 12; was seen by 11:30 (calling ahead makes a difference). Jessie (the technician) moved me through the process, prepping me for the optometrist (Dr. Besharat). Dr. Besharat’s exam VERY thorough; she diagnosed a Grade I Cataract in both eyes, but no treatment needed at present. My old Rx still good, so minimal expense.
Highly recommend them.

The staff here were very unhelpful. I came into the store and picked out a pair of glasses. I asked the woman to give me the information on the glasses and hold so I could order later (style number and price so I could get pre-​authorization from my insurance). She wrote down the name and a price «estimate.» I asked again for her to break down the price for hi– index lenses, frames, anti-​reflective coating. Again, she gave me one estimate. I asked again for the breakdown because my insurance will need it to tell me what they will cover. She just handed the estimate back to me. So I left, annoyed. Called back later in the day to try to find someone more helpful. I explained my situation to the person who answers the phone, that I need the real price to get authorized by my insurance. This woman said that would require pulling a quote up in the computer, and she had people in line. I will buy glasses somewhere else because clearly they don’t care about your business.

1 hr really means 3 hrs.

Products and prices are pretty good, especially if you can take advantage of their many sales and/​or have insurance. Service has been incredibly slow on multiple visits, no matter how many customers are in the store. Today, I waited nearly 15 minutes to have my glasses adjusted while I almost emptied the email inbox on my phone! One other customer was in the store and being helped. Meanwhile, one of the sales associates was talking on the phone, going back into the glasses manufacturing area, and did not even acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes.
