Probably one of the oldest nursing homes in Durham, somewhat hidden on a side road connecting Ninth Street and Swift Ave. The years have taken it’s toll on this facility and any ungrades that has been made can only fix the cosmetic look of the facility. I will say their activities department is great and the residents are very well taken care of from visits I have made. I just think the facility like some others in Durham needs to be replaced (more modern facility), but this probably won’t happen anytime soon.
