My kids — two and four — have been clients at Dr. John’s office all their lives. The staff at Durham Pediatric Dentistry recently handled an emergency with my two year old — an event that required a little something out of everyone in the office. Can you imagine trying to get a facial xray on a two year old in extreme pain? No, you can’t. Not unless you’ve had to do it. They handled my kid — and the situation — like champions. The interaction on site and follow up contact my family has received is way above and beyond the call of duty.
