This center has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!
First, FedEx claims they don’t have a phone at the location to call into for questions.
Second, when I actually was transferred through, they demanded me to have a reason for the call.
Lastly, the guy who I spoke to at 4:50pm on Saturday said he was leaving for the airport! And I had to re confirm with him that they close at 5pm.
Horrible customer service. Will never come back and advise anyone else to not either.
