I was referred to Brackett Foundation Repairs by a prior customer of theirs. I must say I had no idea what I was going to do as I had no knowledge of foundation issues or how to begin to fix them. I was given an appointment within the same week I called and met with one of their professional technicians. He was polite and knowledgeable. Within two days I received my free estimate/​quote and was given time to decide what my best options were going forward with repair. Once I made the decision to use Brackett Foundation Repairs I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work they provided and the follow up regarding the process of my project. I am overall very pleased with the service they provided and would happily refer them to others.
