Bojangles Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits

When rating restaurants, you have to rate them against their peers. That being said, when you compare this to any other fast food joint in a 5 mile radius this is certainly a step above the rest.
You will NOT get seasoned fries at baseline at McDonald’s, Hardee’s, or Burger King. This place is not afraid to kick up the intensity of their fries a little and that’s laudable in a nation that seems to like their food bland and unadventurous. That’s the South though… Bold. Same goes for their Cajun Chicken Biscuit. Good flavor.
The only problem with this entire chain though is their not having realized just how dry the biscuit sandwich can be and how easily that can be rectified. Add country gravy. It costs them so little to do so but would make an infinitely better sandwich. Someone let me know when they change this and I will make this a five-​star.
