Came here for the 2 for $ 5 Fish Sandwich deal. My coworker and I look forward for this promotion every year. It was the first time I’ve visited since they renovated the place and you can really see the difference. The fish sandwich was amazing. The wild caught Alaskan Pollock is crunchy on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. The tar tar sauce compliments the fish sandwich well since the fish itself is very mild taste-wise. Their service is not bad either.

Came by for their grand celebration of their new remodel. Yep, it’s looks new inside and out. It’s much rommier now, but things move about as quick as it used to even with noone ahead of us in line waiting for food. The employees are very nice though. I’ve been eating Arby’s since they started the chain way back when and have always loved it. Here’s my beef, in the last year or so the buns have been not really tasting like bread. They taste of cardboard, even the onion bun does. Seriously, they do. That was the issue this time and in addition the Arby’s sauce doesn’t taste the same anymore! I don’t think my tastebuds were off either. I’m not sure if it’s worth another trip to find out.

Ok, Let’s say it, I love Arby’s However this visit let me down. 2h30pm, no one around but me & gf, so of course I knew it might take a bit to get our food but no got it except for the potato cakes??? but I was told 1min30 sec and we will bring them to you… Well 5 minutes later, I had to get up and ask for them, BTW our meal was almost over. I guess since we were the only customers, It wasn’t as you were swamped and couldn’t deliver what you promised??? Oh but yes you were all so busy on your cellphones… Yes, every single associate in there were on the phone… Hey, Kacee, when you promise something, how about you deliver? No MORE, SORRY

Upon entering this place I was absolutely hungry and the first thing I thought as soon as I came through the entrance was whether or not they already had burgers ready and to my delight the young lady at the register was very nice and professional, which gave me the patience to wait while they made some juicy and fresh burgers. Now being that this was my first time ever eating at Arby’s I was surely expecting to order a combo that I can remember and I must agree that it was surely an unforgettable meal. Off the top of my head I had combo number eight which consisted of an angus bacon and cheese sub alongside chopped salad with balsamic dressing and a Jamocha milkshake for dessert, that I’m joyfully still enjoying as I wrote this. And to top it off they even have a bill that you bring the made your day and to be honest I should have rung the bell three times. This is surely an Arby’s that everyone should go check out, it’s located in a nice peaceful part of Chapel Hill. And don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out, enjoy.
