Flexible Flyers Rafting

Went in June at high season. June 7^th to be exact. Informed flexible flyers that I it was my first time. The river was pretty intense and I asked to get out. Very cavalier guide told me that I was fine and it was just getting to be fun. Was immediately tossed into what I was told class 3, maybe 4 rapids and went under 3 times, someone tried to throw me a rope twice but I was moving too fast. Somehow I found my way to safety and I was pretty banged up by rocks and in shock. Since our guide was also tossed from the boat and the owner told him to stay away from the rapids I was tossed into, I’d say safety is not their first priority. Afterwards, many seasoned rafters said I should have never been on that boat and/​or they should have at least had 2 more people to add more weight. Of course, they were clueless how to deal with someone that was still in shock so I went to seek help on my own. Debra D.

We sent on the 24^th of May. We found a flyer and were amazed with the prices, scheduled an appointment right away through their website. We got an email conformation! We stayed in cortez and it was the closest rafting locations. We showed up an hour early but it was perfect because Chris and his crew were more than willing to get started. The weather was gloomy but cleared up for our ride and the water was at its highest level making ideal for lots of waves and just perfection. Chris was extremely professional and made his speech about safety fun! The whole crew was so polite and fun! Ryan was our host and he was so amazing, we felt so safe and he recommended so many places to see for our trip. We will definitely be back for another go! Perfect perfect

Don’t go with any other company in Durango. Easy to book with, offered multiple trip times. Guide was fantastic and far more skilled than the other 50 guides on the river from mild to wild company. Guide was fun and kids loved it. Even permitted us to bring our dog on the trip.
