AREM manages properties for me. they are disorganized, and are very slow to respond to my questions and concerns, probably due to what seems to be high employee turnover. significant concerns include deductions from my account that are not identified in the monthly statement. when questioned, AREM is almost without exception slow to respond and very slow to resolve the issue. it is virtually impossible to discuss a problem with the owner, she is not very accessible. some employees are more conscientious than others, however, i believe the office is just very disorganized and poorly managed resulting in poor performance. they don’t respond quickly to renter’s concerns and complaints — one of which, when left unattended, was very likely the cause of property damage requiring several thousand dollars of — paid for by me. only when repeatedly pushed, does AREM respond to questions and problems. this is affecting my income, as several of the problems have been directly related to management of paperwork, deductions for work performed, and other financial matters. i do not have confidence that AREM is managing my property in my best interest.

The worst people to work with! They are going to try and keep your security deposit, So you have to take pictures of every square inch of the place when you move in and fill out and turn in a descriptive move in sheet. Make copy of move in sheet! Also don’t move in until the place is the way you want it cause they will lie to you when move in saying they will fix this that and the other and nothing will get done!
