I had an emergency storage need and I’m so glad I went to this location. The manager Akia was FANTASTIC! She got recommended the best sized unit for me to get the best value, and she was very helpful in explaining the terms and conditions. Patient, efficient, helpful — what more could you want? Highly recommend.

This is by far the best public storage facility I have encountered! Akia the manager always knows your name and is beyond helpful! We as a business had some issues that she helped us through in a very timely manner. We would never leave here and appreciate the customer service… which we have never found in another storage place.

I recently visited this location with a friend in the area and I was totally impressed with the service. Being a military wife of 20 years and we have had our fair share of interactions with moving/​storage. I’m a stickler for customer service and the service was awesome. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to be greeted with a smile and encounter someone that actually appeared happy with her place of employment. Southern hospitality at it’s finest!
