I want to point out that the girl that helped me (I didn’t get her name) was very nice and answered all of my questions. My issue, and what my husband wasn’t happy with either, was that the young man working with her made us feel like we were in a car dealership! He kept chiming in while I was talking with the girl there and it was super annoying! I thought she did well with her sales pitch and her knowledge of the devices I was interested in. I had done research before going in but wanted to see the phones in person. The sales guy however wanted to put his 2 cents in with everything she had to say. My husband and I decided to come home and order my phone online! Not only did we end up getting the phone I wanted for free thanks to my upgrade but we got free overnight shipping and no car salesman pitch! The guy was just a little too much of a cheesy, pushy car salesman in the store.

The staff usually seems pretty annoyed that they have to stop whatever it is they are doing
(when no customers are in the store) and help anyone that may walk in. Have dealt with a particular young man several times who has probably been the most unhelpful sales person I have ever dealt with. They don’t seem overly eager to accommodate the needs of their customers, will go to Prince Frederick location next time.
