Purchased an as-is property that was inhabitable. The home required to be completely gutted. After going through a lengthy list of contractors and estimates we selected A&S to take on the major project. After signing a contract he began working the next day. There was a dumpster delivered the next morning. Which I thought was quite impressive. He had 10 workers in our home everyday for weeks. Ali was there daily to oversee all of the work and was available at all times to answer any questions. They remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, repaired a retaining wall, installed a french drain, sub-pump, refinished our wood floors, installed new windows, and replaced our roof. We had a deadline that the work needed to be completed and he exceeded it! I love A&S Construction and would highly recommend them to everyone. Looking forward to working with Ali on our next project.

I’ve now been working on projects with Ali for 11 years and have never found a better combination of quality, price and service. We have worked on projects small/medium(convert a space into a spare bedroom, add a full bathroom) and large(one major renovation and one major addition). All of his projects were delivered on time, on budget(as long as we both make sure to really do our homework in advance, of course…), and with great results. He stands behind his work 100%. I have never had a problem with his work that he hasn’t promptly rushed over to fix. He is really like a partner in the maintenance of our chaotic household that’s of course in constant danger of being trashed by our(wonderful!) kids. Extremely customer-friendly.

My parents hired the owner, Ali Suleiman, to find the source of a leak in a newly renovated bathroom. He gave them an estimate of $ 4500, which included the installation of a shower liner. It was determined the leak was in the tub, but in the process, Ali’s worker had ripped up the shower floor and walls. Ali sent over a «plumber» who, as it turns out, was not actually a licensed plumber, to repair the shower. At this point, Ali’s son raised the price of the job by $ 500, claiming it was«too much work.» This fake plumber failed to install a new shower liner per the agreement, and in the process destroyed the existing liner. This then caused an additional leak, which ultimately cost $ 12,000 to repair. My parents reached out to Ali’s son who had overseen most of the work, who of course denied his plumber had damaged the liner. His father was unreachable due to travel to Palestine and upon his return, never returned phone calls to my parents.
