Twice as Nice

I ALWAYS find great things here… love this place. They have a lot of designer items from shoes, clothes, purses, jewelry, etc. I have not been in a lot of consignment shops but if they were all like this I would be in all of them.
In addition to the great stuff, the people that are working there are great!

Lots if quality items, great sales, friendly service. I love this store. I’m all about independently owned business and the people who own this store obviously take pride in their shop. Love it!

This place seriously ticked me off within 1 minute of walking in the door, hence the 1 star review. I was trying to clean some dresses out of my closet and had looked for a good place to take them. I found this place on Unilocal and tried to call to ask about hours of operation and appointments before going. Nobody answered. I called again a while later. Still, no answer. So I stopped by a short while later with a few dresses and shirts in hand.
The employee was on the phone when I arrived and when she hung up she promptly asked if I had an appointment. I told her no, I tried to call not once, but twice to make one and could not get an answer. She didn’t apologize, just said that they were booked up til next month and besides the «owner wasn’t in today». She asked if i’d like to make an appointment for «next month».
I was aggravated that they couldn’t take 5 minutes to look at my stuff, when there weren’t even any other customers in the store and I certainly dont want to wait that long for them to «help», so I will be taking my stuff somewhere else.
Adiós, Twice as «Nice». More like «Twice a Waste of your time» if you ask me!

This place certainly knows what they’re doing… Great selection of quality goods a fair prices. Always something new.

One of the nicer Consignment stores I have ever shopped in .Each time I visit they have all new inventory and its great clothing. Leticia the store owner is so helpful helping me pick out things that look great on me and even pulls stuff aside and calls me to have me take a look.

The selection is so large it could take a couple of trips to be sure I haven’t missed anything. The quality is unsurpassed. The staff were very helpful in helping me pick just the right accessories, what more can I say.
